- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon each: sea salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Blend all ingredients (except parsley) until pureed. Top with parsley and serve.
